Late & Cancellation Policy At Just Joy Hair Studio, we believe in beauty, self-care, and respecting everyone’s time, especially yours! 🕒 Late? We Love You, But… If you show up more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, We may have to reschedule you simply because it’s just not fair to other clients. 🫶🏽  If you’re rescheduled, you’ll be required to make a $25 deposit on your next booking. That deposit will be applied to that service. ❌ Cancellations & Ghosting (Boo!) Life happens — We get it! But if you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within that window, you’re GOLDEN! Less than that, and I have to charge you 50% of your scheduled service. Ouch, I know — but time is precious.
